Dr. Welsh has served on the Board of Directors and currently serves as the President of the GCC and as the Georgia Representative to the Assembly of the ICA. She has served as a delegate to the World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) and to the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations (COCSA).
