Colleen Monroe LMBT, DC320 viewsDoctor Colleen Monroe is a graduate of Life University, College of Chiropractic where she graduated with honors.
Her story is multifaceted, as chiropractic will be her third career. She attended the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill for her undergraduate degree, where she studied Biology and Philosophy. Colleen went on to work in sales and marketing and found it to be exciting and fun, but not as rewarding as she had hoped. Her true passion had always been the human body and the complexity of function. It was this passion that led her to the healing arts. She attended Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina. Colleen has practiced as a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist for the past ten years, during which her clientele included: high school, college, and professional athletes; stroke patients; pre-surgical and post-surgical patients; and people needing something more than a “fluff and buff” massage. Colleen’s journey with the human body brought her to the chiropractic program at Life University.
She enjoys helping people achieve their optimum potential through chiropractic care. Colleen loves the outdoors and spends her free time camping, walking on the beach, cycling, cross country skiing, recycling, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her boyfriend, her family (her sister has four amazing children) and friends.

Krystal Drwencke DC319 viewsI was born in the suburbs of metro Detroit, where I became aware at a very young age, that I loved helping people. I thought, what better way to get along in life, then to help and advocate health in another human. It was after conveying this notion to myself, and with an avid interest in the human form, that I pursued biology at Oakland University. After spending time with various healthcare professionals, I was on my way to Life University's College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia. It was here I learned how carefully orchestrated the body is and how true health shows itself in an individual; to obtain health and not merely the absence of disease.

Always thirsty for more insight and methods to help my patients, I also began pursuing a neurology diplomate with the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. After graduating from Life University in June 2011, I continue to pursue my knowledge with the Carrick Institute. I consider myself a lifelong learner and plan to use the fruits of my labor to help those I will be serving in the Buckhead community, here, in Atlanta.
