Cathy Wendland-Colby, D.C.Dr. Cathy Wendland-Colby has been helping people live healthier lives since 1985 as a personal trainer and fitness coach; she began teaching aerobics in 1988. Deciding that her life should be spent helping more people on a grander scale, in 1995 she enrolled at Life University where she earned a Bachelor's in Nutrition and a Doctorate in Chiropractic, graduating second in her class with honors. It was there that she met her soul mate and future husband.

Dr. Wendland-Colby has been in private practice since 1999, helping families achieve their health and wellness goals while raising healthy, un-medicated children. She continues to teach aerobics and provides nutrition and fitness workshops up and down the East Coast of the United States. Often called upon to present to her peers, she is an adjunct faculty at Life University, mentoring and lecturing to students regularly. She is on the advisory board for the Life University PEAK Program, and is an active member of LIFEforce 1000 and the Georgia Council on Chiropractic.
