Jason Olafsson DCDr. Jason Olafsson, chiropractor and sought after public speaker, always had a genuine interest in health, fitness and nutrition. Even as young as 9 years old, his mom had to tell him to, “turn out the light and go to bed” because he was up late reading Earl Mindell’s “Vitamin Bible”.
To pursue that interest, along with the desire to help others live to their optimal potential, he became a Pharmaceutical Representative. While in that industry he began to realize that the drugs he was selling were not intended to cure anything. It disheartened him that the drugs never got to the root cause of the patient’s issue, and in many cases caused a multitude of other problems.

This led him to research for a healthcare profession that would address the cause of an individual’s health issue and allow the patient’s body to heal itself. Dr Olafsson discovered that custom nutrition, detoxification, and proper structure of the body would allow a person to live to their optimum health potential.

Dr. Olafsson attended Life University in Marietta, GA. Some of the core curriculum included biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, embryology, human anatomy & physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care in the Life University Public Clinic. In addition to the classes at Life University, he received advanced training in autism, functional neurology, pediatric care and Webster technique, 21st Century intracellular detoxification, clinical lab testing, bio-nutrition, nervous system balancing and spinal correction. He also had the privilege of working with, and was mentored by, doctors who worked on celebrities and Olympic/professional athletes.

After learning from some of the top health experts in the world, Dr. Olafsson is a “doctor of the future”. He utilizes structural corrective chiropractic care/rehabilitation, custom nutrition/detoxification, functional lab testing, and custom supplementation in order to reduce toxicity or deficiency and allow the body to heal itself. After seeing the incredible results of this type of health care, he moved his family back to his hometown and is on a mission to positively impact the health of everyone he meets in the community.

In his free time Dr. Olafsson enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two boys, being outdoors, reading, and rooting for the Detroit Lions on Sundays in the fall.
