Alexandra Swenson DCDr. Alexandra Swenson graduated from Life University as a Doctor of Chiropractic on March 23, 2012. She received her Bachelor of the Arts degree from The Colorado College, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she studied Comparative Literature. She also studied German and the violin in Vienna, Austria. Dr. Swenson was a Crowne-Goodman Scholar, and is a member of the Mortar Board National Honor Society, as well as the Phi Sigma Iota National Honor Society of Foreign Languages.

Spurred into action by a love for chiropractic and frustration with current events, Dr. Swenson has published articles pertaining to the Council on Chiropractic Education’s (CCE) standard revision that was released in January of 2011. In addition, she conducted a research project designed to survey the majority opinion of the chiropractic profession in regards to some of the changes implemented by the CCE, as well as in regards to other current events within the political realm of chiropractic. This research was presented at the International Research and Philosophy Symposium at Sherman College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Swenson is also involved in contributing to subluxation-based chiropractic research. She is currently practicing in Fairbanks, Alaska where she lives with her husband Jerome. They are expecting their first child in late June 2013.
Nimira Alibhoy DCNimira S Alibhoy spent her undergraduate years at Chapman University in Orange, CA and completed her Bachelors of Science in Biology in June 2006. Dr. Alibhoy decided to temporarily move to Atlanta, GA to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree after hearing the many positive aspects of learning chiropractic’s science, art, and philosophy at Life University. She graduated in March of 2010 with honors.

Dr. Alibhoy is a first generation chiropractor and hopes to inspire many generations to come. She has a sincere passion for and a solid foundation in upper cervical chiropractic care and philosophy. She spent her time at Life University practicing knee chest technique and is currently adding Blair technique to her resume. She is committed to teaching her patients that health and healing come from within; and that these can only be achieved through a properly functioning nervous system. She wants to inspire those she meets to make health-conscious decisions in life and challenges all her patients to take the responsibility of their health into their own hands. She hopes to further the credibility of the profession by submitting research that proposes the upper cervical subluxation complex as the cause of many disease presentations and conditions through physiological processes, rather than just determining that chiropractic care can resolve the symptomatology of those presentations.
