Alexandra Swenson DCDr. Alexandra Swenson graduated from Life University as a Doctor of Chiropractic on March 23, 2012. She received her Bachelor of the Arts degree from The Colorado College, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she studied Comparative Literature. She also studied German and the violin in Vienna, Austria. Dr. Swenson was a Crowne-Goodman Scholar, and is a member of the Mortar Board National Honor Society, as well as the Phi Sigma Iota National Honor Society of Foreign Languages.

Spurred into action by a love for chiropractic and frustration with current events, Dr. Swenson has published articles pertaining to the Council on Chiropractic Education’s (CCE) standard revision that was released in January of 2011. In addition, she conducted a research project designed to survey the majority opinion of the chiropractic profession in regards to some of the changes implemented by the CCE, as well as in regards to other current events within the political realm of chiropractic. This research was presented at the International Research and Philosophy Symposium at Sherman College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Swenson is also involved in contributing to subluxation-based chiropractic research. She is currently practicing in Fairbanks, Alaska where she lives with her husband Jerome. They are expecting their first child in late June 2013.
John Thornhill DCDr. John T. Thornhill received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from Huntingdon College in Montgomery Alabama. While working toward his degree he conducted research and contributed to the abstract: Spectroscopic characterization of gold (III) complexes with DNA and DNA bases: theoretical and experimental studies for the Division of Chemical Education for the 231st ACS National Meeting. While at Huntingdon College he became a member of Beta Beta Beta National Biological Honor Society.

After graduation from Huntingdon College he went on to Life University College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While at Life University he contributed to the Vital Source newspaper as both a writer and later as Chief Content Editor. He now practices at Steele Family Chiropractic Life Center in Lineville, Alabama.
Tai A. Scelfo DCDr. Scelfo was born and raised in the Suburbs of Detroit. She attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio for 2-years, until she realized that helping people through chiropractic care was her calling! She then enrolled in Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia. She completed a 6 month internship in Pompano Beach, Florida at a very busy chiropractic office. Upon graduation, she began practicing with her mom. She is now in private practice in Lancaster, PA.
